The hotel has incredible views of the valley and the staff was extremely helpful in arranging transport to and from the airport. The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable. the hotel's location was perfect for our business trip, as it was conveniently located near the main business district.

We found that some of the tour and transport prices organized by the hotel were much higher than local rates. We also experienced some issues with the wifi and hot water during our stay.

I had a superb stay at this hotel in Lalibela. The view from my room was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The cleanliness of my room was great, and the hotel facilities were very satisfactory.
